Conflict metals refer to metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co) and tin (Sn), which come from conflict areas controlled by non-governmental military groups or illegal military factions in the Democratic Republic of Congo Mining area. The illegal mining profits obtained by local military groups were stolen from citizens and caused human rights violations and environmental degradation in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. 
Ubond and Eunow strictly abide by the "Code of Conduct for the Electronics Industry" and only purchase materials from raw material suppliers that are responsible for the environment and society. We also require our raw material suppliers to conduct commercially reasonable due diligence with their supply chain to ensure that the metals used in the raw materials provided to Ubond/Eunow are not mined or recycled by mining areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) conflict zone or obtained through illegal smuggling.
